traffic in front of your door will be your own!
This is an elevator equipped building built in
1999 surrounded by lots of open space. Ocean
Village Club is a complex of 18 buildings
nestled between the edge of the Atlantic Ocean
and Highway A1A. Our building is across from the
Community Center and heated pool. There is a
computer and printer available at the community
center for your use, also a small library and
small exercise unit. We have wireless internet
inside our unit. This gated complex is one of
the nicest on St. Augustine Beach! Special golf
privileges available at the Prestigious Marsh
Creek Country Club located just one mile from
our condo. This is a Private Country Club open
to members and guests only. Renter must pay
greens and cart fees. |

Activities and Attractions: Historic St. Augustine, 10
minutes away, has wonderful dining, great shopping on
old St George Street, the famous Castillo de San Marcos
Fort, antique shops, carriage rides, and many water
sports. And don't miss Potters Wax Museum, Ghost Tours
(a real must), The Fountain of Youth, Alligator Farm,
Ripley's Believe It or Not. These are just a few of the
attractions you will find nearby. Also, loads of things
for the kids to do. For the golfer the new World Golf
Village is only 20 minutes away. And for the shopper
there are 175 outlet stores nearby. Daytona Beach just
45 minutes to the south --Jacksonville just 45 minutes
to the north --Orlando/Disney attractions and Kennedy
Space Center are 1.5 to 2 hours away. L-26 is our home

You
will enjoy our 1120 sq ft condo which includes 2
Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king
size bed (new mattress set 2006), 26' LCD TV with DVD
player (2008), triple dresser and it's own private bath
with walk in shower. Brand new carpet in Master and
Guest bedrooms in 2007. The guest bedroom has twin beds,
a 26' LCD TV (2008) & VCR/DVD player. The second
bathroom has a tub with shower. The living room has a
queen size sleeper sofa , 2 recliners and a 37' LCD TV
(2008) and VCR/DVD player. The dining room has an
oversized table which seats 6 people and a computer desk
& printer stand as well as a surge protector for your
computer. Wireless internet provided inside our unit.
New tile floors in the Living and Dining rooms in 2007.
All new window blinds in 2008.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all small appliances
such as coffee maker, toaster, blender, can opener,
electric skillet, crock pot and full size mixer. Enjoy
the full size over-the-stove microwave. Brand new
side-by-side refrigerator with ice/water in the door was
added in 2007. Lots of dinnerware, silverware, cookware,
bakeware, glassware, towels and all other kitchen items
you will need are furnished. Brand new super capacity
front load washer/dryer - 2008. Brand new dishwasher in
2008. New tile floors in kitchen in 2007. Upgraded
furnishings provide all the comforts for your home away
from home! And, of course, all the standard items such
as cable TV, ceiling fans with lights, air conditioning,
lots of linens and free local phone calls.
We are steps from the pool and just a short 5 minute
walk to the ocean which is one of the best kept secrets
in Florida! Walk or drive for miles and miles on the
beautiful sandy beach. While not at the beach or pool
you will enjoy the sights of historic St. Augustine, the
oldest city in the nation which is only 10 minutes away.

Village Club which is a gated community on the beautiful
beaches of St. Augustine. This is a Non Smoking, No Pets
unit. All occupants must be 25 years or older unless
children accompanied by parents. The maximum occupancy
is 6 people including children of all ages. No
Exceptions! No boats, trailers, jet skis or recreational
vehicles are allowed to be parked on property. |
